Hello readers!

This is my special thank you note and an acknowledgement to this great Reiki Grandmaster and teacher Mr. Prasad Karmarkar from Mumbai, India. 

I had been meaning to attend some good meditations is when I learnt about him and his Reiki techniques. After a few meditation sessions I enrolled in for the Reiki beginners’ program for two days. In a few months I continued with the second level Reiki program with the same Reiki Grandmaster and teacher Mr. Prasad Karmarkar. These learnings have been life changing as I found a lot of peace and centering through these spiritual practices and meditations. 

Luckily for me and a whole lot of other people who wanted to continue this and were seeking healing and solace they had organized an intensive / spiritual retreat for 4 days which was a residential program outside of the city. The peace was unmatched and the Reiki Guru Mr. Prasad Karmarkar along with his team took great care of every detail one could possibly imagine. The sole objective of the intensive / spiritual retreat being healing and peace. There were several exercises and sessions where I was taken to moments of my life which were deep hurts buried inside of me. As a result of these wounds, I had become the person I was not and the more this conflict of personality grew, the more restlessness was caused. Through the exercises and sessions at the intensive / spiritual retreat I was able to let go of a lot of garbage which had become a part of me. At the end of the intensive / spiritual retreat I felt transformed because of the sheer lightness and joy I not only experienced but carried it with me outside of that intensive / spiritual retreat hall. 

I have been attending to these spiritual intensive / spiritual retreats regularly since a few years now including their longest 8 day intensive / spiritual retreat which is even deeper soul work and through these intensive / spiritual retreats I have not just transformed but have become more conducive and responsive to my own life and its opportunities. The effort that Reiki Grandmaster and teacher Mr. Prasad Karmarkar and his team put in is incomparable to anything. They are a total powerhouse.

I really wish Mr. Prasad Karmarkar and his team the very best and salute them for the great work the are doing towards healing and transforming lives.
